Cancellation Policy

Deposits MUST be paid IMMEDIATELY after booking to secure time slots via zelle @ Remi Slayy. Deposits can be transferred only ONCE to an already open time slot. If you need to cancel your appointment & do so within 24hrs of the appointment start time you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you do not cancel & do not show up for your appointment, you will be banned from booking again.
