Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required immediately after booking to secure your appointment. Payments must be sent via Zelle to Remiah Allen. Appointments without a deposit are not honored. Deposits may be transferred one time only to another available appointment within 7 days of the original booking. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your remaining balance. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and must be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-call, no-show clients will be permanently restricted from booking future appointments.
